As we know that the price of a commodity and its demand is interrelated, a slight change in the one affects the other. Shift in demand curve is basically the change in demand due to the factors other then the price. If the value of any of those factors changes and the price remain unchanged,the change in demand is known as shift in demand curve whereas, Movement along a demand curve is basically the change in demand due to the change in the price. |
