I am pursuing Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, from one of Deemed University, in Andhra Pradesh, India.Some body is saying that, Ph.D. in technical must be Approved by AICTE otherwise it will useless. But my Deemed university is recognized by UGC. What is Correct?

Does private university require AICTE approval for Technical Ph.D. courses?

It is wrong your degree is valid within india, but not in abroad, since AICTE recognition is needed to work abroad for technical field.

i am pursuing phD one of the deemed university but it is in black list(vels university).what about my feature.
