SBI Clerk Exam Details :

Educational Qualification :

Complete 12th stands or equivalent with min 60% marks (55% for SC/ST )
or
any degree from a recognized university



Age limit :

General :18 to 30 years
OBC : 33 years
SC/ST : 35 years



Exam Pattern :

General Awareness
General English
Quantitative Aptitude
Reasoning Ability
Computer Knowledge / Marketing Knowledge

Each Section careering 40 questions each one carrying one mark
Negative marks : .25
Duration :150min



Fee details :
SC/St : Rs.50/-
Others : Rs.500/-

Hai,

SBI clerical recruitment exam eligibility criteria:

Candidate should be complete 12th standard from any recognised state board of india with atleast of 60% marks.

Age limits is 18 years to 30years, 3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates, 5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

Candidate should be a citizen of india

Selection procedure:

Written test,
Personal interview.

Exam pattern:

General english,

General awarenes,

Reasoning ability,

Quantitative aptitude,

Computer knowledge.


In the above each part carries 40 marks and total 200, there is a negative marks for a negative answer.

Exam duration is 2 1/2 hours.

SBI Clerk Exam Eligibility Criteria:-
  • You need to be a citizen of India.
  • To sit for this exam you need to be a higher secondary passed out candidate or its equivalent from a recognized institution with not less than 60% of marks in aggregate.
  • Class 12 board exam is equivalent to a a diploma degree so if ou are a diploma degree holder then also you can give this exam. The duration of the course should not be less than two years. You need to get 60% of marks in this case as well.

  • There is age relaxation for the reserved category candidates. For OBC candidates there is age relaxation of 3 years, for SC/ST candidates it is 5 years and for physically handicapped candidates it is 10 years.

Selection Procedure and Exam Pattern:-

The hurdles to cross to give this exam are as follows:-

1. Written Examination
2. Personal Interview

On getting the pass marks in the written examination you will be asked to attend the interview session. The pass marks is decided after assessing the overall performance of all the candidates. Reserved category candidates will get a 5% relaxation. In the interview session generally for a post three people will be called and final decision will be based on the overall performance in both the stages.

It is said that if you are familiar with the syllabus of class 11 and 12 then you will find this exam easy. For the exam mainly objective questions will come. There will be five papers in total of 40 marks each. For every wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted. You will get 140 minutes to complete the whole paper.

The acronym for SBI is state Bank of India.

The eligibility criteria required for the SBI Clerk examination are prescribed as below:-

* Percentage criteria is not required.

* Final year graduates are not eligible.

* Good knowledge of Computer and English language.
