IBPS PO INTERVIEW PROCESS

First of all Congratulations on clearing the IBPS PO written exam, hope you got some help from our forum before too......

-> As you IBPS is a institutions which conducts the common exam for the other banks which in sense outsourcing the test..

-> So depending upon the need, the common banks which outsourced their tests to IBPS will call in the candidates who cleared the test in some date's which will be quite near..

-> The interview will be common, where in there will be some general questions and some from the subjects which you covered in the test preparation..

-> Just follow the common etiquette's ( rules ) which are needed to attend the interview then for sure you will clear it easily..

-> There will be sometime Group Discussion round before the interview, so be prepared for that as well...

-> I have attached the tips to prepare for Group Discussion and the e-books for interview preparation in this post for your reference... just go through it and try to follow it..

will i receive phone calls from those bank or email intimation for interviews?

IS selection is based on the score we got from the test?Or this is the entrance for the interiew alone.. DO the marks weightage is a criteria?

Would there be minimum cutoff decided by the bank which is going to recruit POs

At first you will have to satisfy these criteria :

Criteria for IBPS PO :

1.Academic qualification :
the candidate should complete graduation with at least 50% marks.
2.Age limitation :
The age of the candidate must be within 21 to 30 years.

all 19 psu banks disclose their PO recruitmnt individually for that we make 200 rs chalan for gen n have to apply online in their sites. after that they will send call leter for interview...

1.Personality
2.Attitude
3.Body language
4.Presence of mind
5.Speaking english
etc..

These are the important factors you have to build in you to crack an interview..

In PO in interview you have to face two sessions..

1.HR Interview
2.Technical interview.

In HR interview they will ask you questions about yourself..

In Technical interview they will ask you questions from your technical papers.

So, get prepare for these things..

The examination fees of NET Examination was Rs 350 and you have to pay the fees through Challan in any nationalized banks and then you are eligible to fill the application form Online.

* Indian
* Nepalian
* Bhutanian
* a Tibetan Refugee.
* an Indian Origin migrated from other country.

2. Age -

Minimum - 18 years
Maximum - 28 years.

5yrs, 3 yrs, and 10 yrs re-lactation for SC/ST, OBC and PD candidates respectively.

3. Educational Qualification -

* must have to get 60% in 10 th standard
* must have get 50% in 12 th standard
* must have to get 50% in degree level.
