regarding ibps po personal interview
how to prepare for the interview and what are the various questions asking in the interview and what are their proper answer.

IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) is conducting Common Written Exam for the recruitment of PO positions for 19 public sector banks.

The result of IBPS PO Exam has been announced and several banks have made announcements for the Interview procedure.

First, I congratulate you for getting qualified in IBPS PO Exam and all the best for your Interview.

In Interview, the very first question that will be posed to the candidates is self introduction.

You have to introduce yourself. Make your preparation in such a way that you should be able to introduce yourself for 2-10 minutes.

You will be posed questions regarding your academic qualifications and the achievements that you made in your previous academic levels.

If you mention any projects in your resume, you will be posed questions regarding your project work.

If you are a candidate having some work experience, you will be posed questions regarding this too in the sense previous company where you have worked, the job profile, your salary and achievements etc.

Try to be strong enough with various jargon used in Banking sector.

You will be posed questions regarding this. In addition, try to make updations of recent changes happened in Banking sector. Try to be strong enough with the information of what is going on in banking sector.

Study various aspects like
-Repo rate
-Reverse Repo rate
-CRR
-SLR (Statutory Liquidity Ratio)
and the purpose why RBI change these rates.

I.B.P.S. - Institute Banking of Personnel Section.
C.W.E. - Common Written Examination.

A C.W.E. is conducted by the I.B.P.S. as a pre-requisite for selection personnel for clerical cadre posts twice in 19 public sector bank.

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Nationality -

* Indian
* Nepalian
* Bhutanian
* a Tibetan Refugee.
* an Indian Origin migrated from other country.

2. Age -

Minimum - 18 years
Maximum - 28 years.

5yrs, 3 yrs, and 10 yrs re-lactation for SC/ST, OBC and PD candidates respectively.

3. Educational Qualification -

* must have to get 60% in 10 th standard
* must have get 50% in 12 th standard
* must have to get 50% in degree level.

Generally the notification comes in the middle of the January and the result is declared in June.

In every interview you need to follow some tips like neatly dressing , speaking in english with interviwer , eye contact , dont lie while answering.
Questions will be common like tell me about urself and some general questions will be asked..
so all the best.. do well with ur interview..

this was my interview when i entered the hall they asked me to sit......then they asked me to intriduce myself in hindi..i did mistake answering in english....then they asked me to talk in hindi.....then i started talking in hindi......i answered there every question then the chairman said very good to me......then all of a sudden the hr person the lady member said what go or oh! i didnt hear well bt i stood up and went forward they asked to have toffess and go....i moved sir....i dont think i will pass in common interview...sir plzzz can u tell me anything what marks wud u be cutting for this sir out of 100 .....wl i fail...plzz can u tell
