Well my friend ebooks are nothing but wastage of time.So better to purchase some good books which are available for GATE preparation or you can order the books from any GATE coaching institute.
There are some institute which can send you the all study material topic wise. GATE MADE EASY,provides all the study material including the list of multiple choice questions. So first you have to register there then they will send you the whole stuff.

Otherwise if you want to study from e-books then refer video e-books. You can download all the video tutorials from Youtube....just type there subject name followed by nptel. You will get the stuff which are prepared by the professors of IITs and other highly reputed organizations.
