Hi sir now m btech final year of ece department so i wanted to ask is that is ece course is available there are not in ms if so then which subjects are available in ece subject......

No, ECE or Electronics and Communication specialization is not available for MS course. You need to go for either Electronics field or Communication field for MS course. Otherwise you can opt Computer Science and Electrical Engineering together as MS course.

You can go for core electronics field like - Solid State Electronics, VLSI, Embedded Systems, etc. or Communication field like - Wireless communication, RF and Microwave Engineering, Digital Communication, etc.
