I want admission in medical in gujarat state but i got only 51 marks in gujcet so my merit in 68 only for current year.

Can i appear in gujcet 2016 [ i got 86 % in cbse in2014-15]
please advice?

Eligibility Criteria Required to appear in GUJCET 2016 Exam:

You are not eligible to get seat with just 51 marks in GUJCET Examination. Yes, first let us try to know the examination pattern of GUJCET Examination.

>> Physics - 40 Questions - 40 Marks

>> Chemistry - 40 Questions - 40 Marks

>> Biology - 40 Questions - 40 Marks

Total Marks - 120 Questions

Note: You have not even secured minimum 50% marks in GUJCET Examination. As there no limitation for number of attempts, I suggest you to appear in GUJCET 2016 Examination again. Some of the previous year's cutoff marks are,

* Government. MC, Bhavanagar - 86.25
* MPSMC, Jamnagar - 86.52
* PUD, Rajkot - 86.68 marks
for other colleges, cutoff is more than the above mentioned marks.

GUJCET examination is conducted in the state of Gujarat for the entry in to the Graduation related courses like B.Tech or MBBS course and this examination is conducted every year and there are specific eligibility criteria to appear for the GUJCET examination and some of the required eligibility are.

GUJCET Eligibility criteria:

1. Should have attained 17 years of age limit
2. Should have to possess Physics Chemistry and Biology to appear for MBBS course and Physics Chemistry and Mathematics for B.Tech course
3. Should belong to the Gujarat Domicile
4. Should have attained at least 50% of marks in your 12th

These are the minimum eligibility criteria to appear for the GUJCET 2016 examination

Eligibility to appear in GUCET 2016:-

The candidate should have passed 12th Level Examination form a recognised board of examination

He must posses 50% marks to be qualified for the test in case of general and OBC

Minimum percentage for reserved category is 45% marks

All the candidates who wish to apply for BTech,BE they must have physics, chemistry, mathematics in their qualifying examination

age limit:-
candidate age between 17 to 25 years. All these candidates can apply in these entrance test

Selection process:-candidates can be selected in GUJCET on the basis of written exam.

# GUJCET is the short form of Gujarat Common Entrance Test.

# GUJCET is a state level entrance examination primarily meant for admission into under-graduate medical courses in the State of Gujarat.

# The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Education Department, Government of Gujarat conducted the GUJCET every year.


# Required eligibility criteria for GUJCET 2016:

* Candidate must be permanent resident of State of Gujarat.
* Candidate must have crossed the age of 17 years.
* Candidate must have completed intermediate in subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology compulsorily.
* Candidates of general category and OBC category must have obtained minimum 50% marks. Similarly, candidates of reserved category must have obtained minimum 45% marks.
* Admission in B.E. or B. Tech. courses is through only IIT-JEE Mains 2016. For this, candidates are required to have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the qualifying examination.

* March 2016 : Start of online registration of GUJCET 2016
* April 2016 : Deadline for online registration of GUJCET 2016
* May 2016 : Date fixed for examination'
* June 2016 : Declaration of result
* June 2016 : Start of admission process

Eligibility criteria to appear in Gujarat common entrance 2016:

Candidate must have passed the 12th from science stream with minimum 50% marks and 45% for reserved categories from recognised board.
Age limit should be in between 17 to 25 years and relaxation in upper limit given to the category.
Entrance exam is going to be conducted on 10th May.

I Had passed 12th Science in 2015 with 79% .& I had not appeared in gujcet 2017 so I Didn`t get admission through acpc in engineering .Can I appear In Gujcet 2018 & get an admission in B.TECH through ACPC in 2018.

I have passed 12th science in year 2017 and in 2017 in gujcet exam due to my personal problem I get less mark in gujcet so that why I didn't get admission in engineering so can I appear gujcet exam in 2018
