hello. I'm vandana, i am very tensed thinking about that am i eligible or not tell me please. I have 72%marks in 10th,59%marks in 12th/72%marks in diploma in cs,i hv 66%marks in b.tech upto 3rd year....plzz reply me..

Dear friend,
Most of the MNC demand 60% overall,almost you have it else 12,i think it doesn't matter if you have a good technical knowledge and communication skill...

dear friend...during campus they will put this kind of eligibility conditions for reducing the number of candidates...keep ur morale high...just get into any job...later accordingly ur exp. u may apply for infi....or they may call u........aal is well

is having back logs not an elligible criteria..... but 65 percent plus in b.tech and 70 percent plus in both 10th and 12th...................

hi,

I am sorry to inform you that you are not eligible to sit for the Infosys interview
because Infosys is an Multinational company.
To sit for the interview, one needs to score 60% in 10, 10+2 and BE.
since you didn't cross 60 in 10+2, you are not eligible.
Don't give up!!!

hello i neeta facing problem in placements just becoz of 12th percentage in 10th i ve 88% 12 i ve 59% BE(CSE) TILL 7TH SEM 69% but to just bcoz of my 12th marks im not eligible to attend any placements activity in our college so plzz help me out... plzz tell me companies where i would be eligible??? plzzzzzzzz tell me........... even im technically good dont i get any job???

hello neeta...

Its really very tough to take when companies come and ask for 60 % throughout the studies for placements... you dont have to worry because there are many small companies offer job based on your performance and not with marks as you are technically sound just try to do some real time projects which helps you to showcase your performance during interview... once you join in some good small companies you can gain experience there and then jump into any big companies...dont lose your CONFIDENCE it matters a lot just keep on trying till you reach your goal am sure you are going to shine in future...

vandana you are eligible for campus recruitment .but you need job.to improve communication skills to get job.Actually your percentage is enough .so don't worry you will try your best defently you will get benfit

Hello dear, Don't worry about campus. You can attend for 66%. But some company will be asking for 70%.
But there are various companies.

otherwise i am giving the eligibility criteria for campusing
1)65% in 10th , 12th , b.tech
2) no backlog
3)max 2 year gap

for on -campus selection you should have at least 60% in your graduation and for off campus you should have 75% in graduation.so you can apply for on campus selection.

The eligibility criteria for taking part in campus recritement of Infosys is-
* Minimum 60% marks in 10th
* Minimum 60% marks in 12th
* No backlogs in any subject in any semester.
* Consistent peformance
* At least 60% marks in BE/BTech
But you can also apply off-campus. Off-campus selection has different eligibility criteria. Also your spoken english should be strong.

Infosys is top level MNC company. So the have criteria for fresher candidate.

You must be completed B-TECH with above 65% .Your 10+2 marks must be also 65%.

You have not any pending backlog in graduation.

Maximum 2 years gap are allwed.

Puzzele is key factor for INFOSYS.

Your 12th marks is below 65% so you are not eligible for INFOSYS.

Pending backlogs :
You should have no pending backlogs.

Study gap after 12th standard :
Maximum 2 years of study gap are allowed for INFOSYS.

So,your 12th standard marks is not fulfilling the criteria.
I'm so sorry friend but you can not sit for INFOSYS.

Eligibility Criteria For Infosys

In order to appear for the Campus Placement of Infosys..you need to fulfill the following criterion :-

1) You should have 65% or above in 10th,12th and B.Tech

2) Study gap of not more than 1 year

3) No active backlogs at the time of placement..

Since your percentage in 12th and B.Tech is less than 65% hence..i am really very sorry but you are not eligible for appearing for the Infosys campus placement..

You can try out for other companies like Syntel..

Does gap matrs at nits at the time of placements..if a person hv 2 gaps then hr/she will allowd to seat in placements or not in nit

For taking post in infosys you are eligible but cannot get heavy post, you can try to get job but if your b.tech % must have to be more amd if your final year result is good then averagely you can get job in Infosys.

some students are intelligent in their studies but due to some unexpected reasons or situations they may score lesser % in either 10th /12th/diploma however, they could have scored in the present degree level with 60% or more. In this category of situations the companies may consider their intellectual capacity and give chance of eligibility in attending the interviews at the time of placement drives during final year BE courses, which would give enough confidence and motivation otherwise, it would be frustration among the not listed students in their placements. Studying BE course itself shows the ability of the students. do kindly allow the students to attend the placement test in their colleges at the time of drives by changing the eligibility criteria to 50% throughout their careers.

i think.. Have to make our own IT company..for students less than 60% mark in any cources of ur carrier..

Hi Vandana,

Most of the MNC companies demand 60% marks all through out your career.But Percentage of marks vary from company to company and also varies from recruitment year to year.

Please don't be panic. As per eligibility of Infosys the minimum marks required is 65% all through your career. But it is not only MNC company , you can apply different companies having eligibility criteria above 50-60%.

Once you gather experience then this marks doesn't matter so much.After 2-3 yrs of experience you can apply for Infosys with this marks also.
