i m student of final year from lnct bhopal and i have 81.4% in 10th 62.2% in 12th and 74.5% average til 6th sem as my average so wther i will be eligible for the infy campus cuming in the jan plz answer soon waiting for the reply

Yes you are eligible for the campus placement. You must start preparing for the entrance exam and the interview right away. Solve as many sample papers. Also attend some mock interview session. You could seek assistance from your placement officer for this.

Dear friend ,

You will believe in yourself because placed in Infosys not very big task.
Only you have to clear your basic fundamentals, see also some old sample question papers,
they give you some idea about paper pattern and for interview go with full confidence give them your maximum that they would want from you.

For Placement in Infosys during campus selections the cut-off percentage is 68% in your bachelors. If your percentage is above 68% then you are eligible to placed in Infosys during campus placement selections.
Apart from this, Infosys also conducts off-campus selections and for these off-campus selections it has a criteria which is a bit feasible where, every average student can also be placed.
They will be conducting a test which has two two sections:1. Aptiude and 2. Verbal Reasoning. If one gets qualified in this exam then there will be a personal interview.
Getting a job in Infosys is not a big task. The only thing is that you should have a positive attitude.

Yes, you are eligible for infosys campus placement since you meet their requirements.

Infosys eligibility criteria:
If a candidate satisfies two conditions in below then there is an exemption for 5% in the third one.

� 65% in 10th Class

� 65% in Intermediate or Diploma

� 68% in B.Tech or M.C.A

Eg: Candidate having 60% in 10th, 65% in Intermediate / Diploma and 68% in B.Tech / MCA is eligible

That is why though you have less than 65% in 12th you are still eligible for infosys campus placement.

I was a candidate in the campus recruitment process conducted by Infosys at NIT, Bhopal in December 2010. The process started with a cool interactive presentation followed by two multiple choice tests (Logical reasoning/analytical + English grammar). Those who cleared both the tests had to appear for a "behavioural interview", in which apart from the usual HR questions they also asked me about the project I had done. Unless you are a CS/IT student, they don't expect any programming skills in you; but just in case you want to be on the safer side, you could learn C programming before your campus.

As Latest Recruitment in Mumbai side by infy has following criteria.

1. Eligibility Criteria

(a) All streams.
(b) Minimum 60% in 10th and 12th.
(c) Minimum 58% aggregate till Sem VI.
(d) No active backlogs.

2. Schedule

(a) 08.30 a.m - PPT and Q&A Session
(b) 09.30 a.m - Application Filling
(c) 10.30 a.m - Written Test (Arithmetic Reasoning and Analytical Thinking)
(d) 11.20 a.m - Test of Communicative English
(e) Personal Interviews

3. Students who have not been placed and eligible as per the above mentioned criteria are required to fill the Scholastic Average Sheet (available with PRs) and bring the same on 27 Dec 2010. Important instructions are displayed on notice boards.

There is nothing to get confused... just keep this only in mind MNC companies like infosys, TCS, Satyam, Accenture etc. coming for campus placement will have the eligibility criteria as 60% marks in 10th, 12th and B.Tech degree... so you dont have to worry about anything cause you have 60%....ALL THE BEST...

sorry friend... you must have 60% in B.tech to apply for infosys.... but you dont have to worry cause there are many other companies which dont see marks but performance... just go for it as you have good communication skills and aptitude skills. then you can jump over to big companies with good experience....

Infosys requires minimum of 60% in 10th, 12th and B.TECH and you are fulfilling all the criterias. So, you are eligible for it.
