I have read the eligibility criteria for getting admission in bits mesra mba program just wanted to know if by any chance Mat score is acceptable for admission in the institute

Yes, BITS Mesra accepts MAT examination score for offering admission in MBA course. To get admission in BITS Mesra MBA Program, you have to satisfy the below mentioned eligibility criteria :-

1. You should have obtained a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) aggregate marks from a Government recognised university.

2. You must have appeared in any of the below mentioned examinations and should have secured minimum percentile/ score as mentioned below :-

For admission to MBA course in BITS Mesra for the academic year 2016-18 :-
=> CAT 2015 :- 40 (35 for SC/ST) Total Percentile
=> XAT 2016 :- 40 (35 for SC/ST) Total Percentile
=> CMAT-2016 :- 40 (35 for SC/ST) Overall Percentile
=> MAT Sept - 2015/ MAT Dec - 2015/ MAT Feb - 2016 :-320 (280 for SC/ST) Score

Yes ,you can use your MAT score here and you should also have some criteria

1). Candidate should be graduate from valid university.
2). Your MAT score should be above 40 percentile.
