i am B.sruthi pursuing my 4th year B.tech with birth date 23-07-1990.. i want to write exam in this 2011.. am i eligible for writing this exam and when will be this exam?

The notification for JTO-2011 is not published but it is expected to be published in
either February or March.
The eligibility criteria is as follow:
Age Limit:
Age limit for BSNL-JTO exam is the same as in UPSC exams.
GEN: upper age limit 30 years
OBC: 3 year relaxation
SC/ST: 5 year relaxation
Educational Qualification:
A B.E./B.Tech. degree in
Telecommunication, Electronics, Radio, Computer, Electrical, Information Technology
for Telecom section
B.E./B.Tech. degree in
Civil Engineering for JTO-Civil section.
B.E./B.Tech. degree in
Electrical Engineering for JTO-Electrical section.
Candidates who are in final year of B.E./B.Tech. are also eligible to apply
provided that they complete their graduation by December of the year.

Your age is very critical for JTO exam. During the last JTO exam there was no
any clause for minimum age but according to UPSC rules one should be minimum
21 years old for joining in these jobs.
You might be 21 years old at the time of examination So, there should not be any problem.
I would suggest you to contact the examination authority for JTO exam, once the
notification is out.

1. Nationality- Indian.
2. Educational qualification- Applicant must possess bachelor of Engineering/bachelor of Technology or equivalent Engineering degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized engineering college/university:
i. Telecommunication,
ii. Electronics,
iii. Radio,
iv. Computer,
v. Electrical.

3.Age- The applicant should not be more than 30 years of age
relaxation in age as follows:

5 years for the candidates of SC/ST.
3 years for OBC candidates.
10 years for physically challenged candidates.

Qualifications:
Subject For BSNL JTO Telecom:

It is a must that the course should be pursued from a recognised institute.
The candidate should have specialised in any of the areas like Telecommunications, Computers, Electronics or Radio Engineering.
Also

it is a must that the candidate should be at least 21 years of age. Even final year students can appear for this exam.
Also the exam should be in the month of April or May. So you must start preparing for this exam immediately.

BSNL stands for bharat sanchar nigam limited.The eligible criteria are
1.Graduation in any recognised university.
2.Minimum academic aggregate is 60% in 10th,12th and graduation.
3.The age limit are 21-30 years.
