Sir Iam Msc (applied microbiology) finished now. And i want to join CBI in 2015.
So tell me the eligibility for this and qualification required for this.

To get into CBI as an inspector, you need to apply and clear SSC CGL 2015 examination.

If you have graduation degree, you are eligible for join CBI.

As you have completed MSc, So there is no issue to join CBI.

Yes, you are eligible for CBI 2015 exam through SSC CGL exam.

Minimum qualification required to apply for this examination is completing a degree course from a recognized Institution. SSC CGL exam doesn't require any percentage marks in graduation degree.

Age criteria:-

1. Sub Inspectors in CPOs – 20 years to 25 years
2. Assistant / Sub Inspector in CBI – 20 years to 27 years
3. Statistical Investigators – Maximum 26 years
4. For all other posts – 18 years to 27 years.

Upper age relaxation for OBC is up to 3 years.
For SC/ ST , it is up to 5 years.
For PWD it is up to 10 years.

Graduation in any discipline is the basic qualification required to apply for the CBI 2015 exam. The qualification must be obtained from a recognized University, which is recognized by UGC. Since, you have completed M.Sc (Applied microbiology) so, you are eligible to apply for the CBI 2015 exam.

CBI Stands Central Bureau of Investigation, which is organized by Staff Selection Commission (SSC) every year.

CBI Exam 2015 Eligibility Criteria:

-> Applicants must be a citizen of India.

-> Applicants who are going to apply for this CBI examination 2015 must possess a degree from any recognized university and final year Graduation students are also eligible.

-> Minimum age of candidates should be 20 years and Maximum should be 27 years and SC/ST candidates will have five years of upper age limit. Three years for OBC candidates

-> Applicants have to be physically fit as per the standards of the CBI exam 2015.

CBI stands for the Central Bureau of Investigation. If you want to join crime branch as a CBI officer then you have to crack the CGPE (Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam) exam which is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission every year.

Minimum educational Qualification required is at least bachelor degree in any field. However, last year candidates are also eligible to sit for this exam but, they have to submit their final result during document verification process.

As you have done your M.Sc you can surely apply for it.

Age Criteria:

• Minimum age 20 years.
• Maximum age 27 years.

Relaxation on upper age:

• +3 years for OBC
• +5 years for SC/ST

Exam Stages:

• Prelim exam
• Main Exam
• Interview

CBI(Central Bureau of Investigation)entrance examination is conducted by Staff Selection Commission every year.

A Graduate from the recognized University is competent to appear Combined Graduate Prelim.Exam.

Age: General minimum 20 Max.27 years.Relaxations for obc:3 years S/C S/T:5 years.to get selection.
