LLB is Bachelor in Legislative Law and it is three year course. The eligibility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.
So, you are not eligible to appear in entrance examination to get admission in the course. You are eligible to get admission in integrated B.A LLB course. It is five year course. |

Re: Eligibility to study LLB for 12th Humanities NIOS student?
LLB stands for Bachelor of Legislative Law and being a student of Class 12th basically you are eligible to pursue integrated LLB degree course i.e; BA LLB degree course of five years after completion of your Class 12th.
Further, for pursuing BA LLB degree course from top law universities, central universities, etc., you are required to qualify entrance examinations like CLAT, BHU UET, etc. .Also, for appearing in these admission tests, you need to have completed your Class 12th with at least 45-50% marks from a recognized board. Also, you do not need to worry about your eligibility to pursue any degree course because you have completed your Class 12th from NIOS board, as same is one of the three national board of education in India and therefore degree courses offered by the same board are valid for higher studies or job applications. |

LLB is three year course and the eligibility to get admission in the course is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.
No age limit to appear in examination. But, you have only 12th qualification so you are not eligible to get admission in LLB. You can appear for examination for admission in 5 year B.A + LLB course. Candidates passed 12th from any discipline are eligible to get admission in the course. You are eligible to get admission after 12th from NIOS board. |
