Hello friends, I want to know if I would be eligible to pursue MA in History at JNU after completing BCom course? Or is it mandatory that I should have pursued an UG in History in order for me to be eligible to apply for MA in History at JNU?

For admission to M.A. History in Jawaharlal Nehru University candidates need to have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline under 10+2+3 education pattern securing at least 50% in aggregate of the subjects.

Admission process is through Common Entrance examination.

No, it is not compulsory to have history in the bachelor degree to get admission in master degree in history in JNU.
