First of all BMM means Bachelor of Mass Media course. As you have mention you are from science side, then you have to choose other courses which have high demand for the science best students which are taking keen interest in science which details are given below:

1. B.Sc(Science) after done you can give the exam of IIT-JAM for the higher study in science.
2. B.Sc(Hons.) in statistics or Mathematics which also have high demand.
3. B.Sc(CS) and after done this you will be able to write any technology exam further.
4. Also you can opt engineering side.

But do any course from the top reputed institute because then you will be get good placement option in the campus.

If you want to apply in the engineering side on the basis of the marks in the top reputed colleges of India then you fill the form of TNEA which form issued by the Anna University, Chennai and on the basis of the marks they give rank to the students and then you can choose the top engineering colleges in TamilNadu while counselling like PSG, Coimbatore, Anna University, Chennai, CIT, coimbatore, MIT, Chennai etc.

you can write aiims,jipmer,dumet,comedk,neet,manipal and several other deemed universities entrance exam.first get a list of medical colleges conducting entrance and then select some colleges and prepare for it.you can also write in other states,comedk is for joining in karnataka

No,it is not possible to learn medical entrance after first year B.Tech.You should have been done it in the 12thclass.
