Please let me know the details of the entrance exam for M.A. in International Relations at JNU. What is the syllabus and when is it generally held? What is the difficulty level? Are there any other important procedures associated with applying for this course?

The eligibility requirement for admission in MA Politics (international relations) in JNU is a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks. The university conducts entrance exam for all the courses it offers. The JNU entrance exam question paper will be for 3 hours and consist of two parts, A and B. The candidates will be required to attempt 60 questions and negative marking is there for each wrong answer. The question paper is not available on the internet. no need to maintain secrecy in previous year question papers .india is moving towards good governance of which right to information is inherent.so try to avoid secrecy which victimises the downtrodden of society

there is no particular syllabus..from what i have heard, syllabus consists mainly of political science, little econmics, and world affairs..even i am preparing for the same..need to have concepts about gandhism, word war 1 nd 2, social contract theory hobbes locke and rosseau, marxism, ambedkar and other such topics..u get to buy 10 yrs question paper..hope that helps...all the best..
