Dear sir,I have done my graduatio(BSc). now i want to do three yrs audiography PGD course from SRFTI FILM institute and for this i have to face a entrance xam. can u pls suggest me how i prepare my shelf for this.mention books. and if possible then send me question pattern. suggest me as early as possible.

At SRFTI brochure, they have mentioned Written Exam consists of Two papers:-

1.G.K.& Mental Aptitute ( 1 hour) will be of Objective type.

For this you can go through any latest G.K.Question Book or Readers Digest
available in the market.

2.Specific Area aptitute( 1 and half hour) will be Descriptive based on your selection.
Here, you have to be thorough about the course you intend to do.

Generally, at Film & Television Institutes, questions will be given only to test your ability to answer in the fixed time and will not require high intelligence to attempt.

So, just be tension free and browse through Net for updated GK

SRFTI is one of the most renowned film institutes in India. And the course of audiography is also a promising one.

The question pattern of the written test is objective type and consists of mostly general awareness section and the aptitude section.

So you should prepare well in these two sections simultaneously.

For aptitude parts you can prefer R.S Aggarwal books on various aptitude questions and for general awareness opt for Upkar's publication books.

dear friend,

For preparing well enough in the SRFTI entrance test you should go through the general knowledge and current affairs books or magazines.
Because questions in this test basically come from the general awareness and different aptitude sections,you have to prepare yourself with the aptitude skills also.
There are books like S.Chand's aptitudes, R.S.Aggarwal's aptitude books,GK Publishers aptitude books which will really help you.
