Which entrance test to answer to join CBI after BSc?


Sir,

I am doing my Bsc 2nd year. I want to become a CBI officer. So,may i know about the entrance test which i want.

To join CBI you have to apply for the SSC Combined Graduate Preliminary Examination. This examination is conducted by the SSC every year.
To apply for this examination a candidate should require the following

Education Qualification
To apply for the post of CBI a candiate should have a degree in any discipline
from a recognized university.
Those appeared in the final year examination are also eligible to apply for
the SSC CGPE examination.

Hello friend,
If you are interested in becoming a CBI officer, you may write Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam, conducted by the Staff selection commission every year.
The eligibility criteria, you must fulfill, to be eligible for the exam are
You must be a graduate
The minimum eligible age is 20 years and the maximum age limit is 27 years. Relaxation of upto is 5 years is granted for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.

The application forms are available after the notification published by Staff Selection Commission.
Online application forms are available on www.ssconline.nic.in after notification

PROCEDURE TO JOIN CBI WITH FOLLOWING HEIRARCHY:

(1) DSP:

Recruited by UPSC through an All India Exam.

Hierarchy: DSP- SP-DIG - IG (8 Posts)

(2) Direct Recruitment:

For the post of SI, APP, SPP. These

are appointed through an exam called SSC.

(3) RECRUITMENT OF SUB-INSPECTORS IN C.B.I:

The examination is held generally once a year for the post of

Sub-Inspectors of Police in Central Bureau of Investigation.

QUERY ABOUT GETTING ENTRY IN CBI



CBI stands for Central Beuro of Investigation and is considered a respected job . For getting entry into this CBI you will have to appear in the entrance exam conducted by the UPSC named SSC(Graduation Level).
This SSC exam is conducted every year and you will have to crack this exam for getting entry into this CBI.

QUALIFICATION FOR CBI


Educational Qualification

The candidate must have passed the Graduation degree with any stream from a recognized board or university.

Age Criteria

The age of candidate should lie between 20 to 27 years .

There are two entrance exams:
CGPE exam conducted by UPSC
Civil service exam conducted by UPSC .
