hey frnd,,,,UK provides MS courses but it is more beneficial to do a MCA course in INDIa

For MCA [Master of Computer Applications] course,
course fee is INR 60,000 in Bangalore GBP 25,000 in UK

I understand the cost of same course 60,000/- ( INR) but is it yearly ? Apart from could you give a broad idea other expenses like hostel/library/others etc.
