I AM AN MBA STUDENT. MY SPECIALISATION IS FINANCE WITH HR. SO WHAT TECHNICAL QUESTIONS FREQUENTLY ASKED IN FINANCE AND THAT TOO IN TCS.

I believe in pre interview assessment! I am soon I am going to tie up with a online skill assessment provider. I have two options! First is objective type online assessment and second is descriptive. Objective type assessment is very common and various companies offering this service. Descriptive is new, and as I know only skillexam.com is there who are working on descriptive assessment. Can you suggest me, which is better descriptive or objective assessment?
