Does getting admitted in new NIT arunachal pradesh is better option than joining other engineering colleges

in my opinion it is very risky to take admission in new nit collages....
because it takes few time to follow and arrange well setup curriculum and various lab and practical facilities.
and the most important thing is campus recruitment
the particular colleges are famous by their recruitment and study pattern
so i suggest choose another nit or well setup private collages where recriutment and study both are good
