Dear friend,
you are a graduate student you can apply for all type of govt survice...

remember one point that all PSUs have 60% as their requirement(except if belong to reserved category for which 55%) so join some private firm and then apply for PSU.

After passing B.Sc(I.T) you can apply for many govt. job like:-
> I.A.S
> I.P.S
> I.E.S
> ARMY
> NAVY
> AIR FORCE
> D.R.D.O
> I.S.R.O
> B.S.N.L
> C.B.I
etc
