which group of engineering has high salary?...Pelase tell me the details

In engineering, generally students of CS branch gets higher salary.
CS stands for Computer Science.
But, this doesn't means that all students of CS branch get higher salary.
Lot of students research on that topic and then finally decide to get admission in CS which increases the population of CS stream students which affects percentage of CS students gets selected for campus selection.

So, choice of stream is very important if you are going for B.Tech.
Also, the college matter very much in term of campus selection.
So, you must choose the best possible college and for that you need to score high marks in 12th board examination as well as in entrance examinations.
