Karunya University is not approved by All India Council for Technical Education.
The University is approved by the following regulatory bodies:
  • University Grant Commission
  • Ministry of Human Resource Development-Government of India

For further information, refer to the official website of University.

AICTE recognition is not applicable for deemed universities. AICTE recognition is required for engineering colleges which are affiliated to some other university.
Deemed universities are granted the University status by the UGC itself.

Can I get the latest Recognition Certificate of Karunya University by MHRD/UGC or the scan copy of Recolonization Fee payment in 2017-18 to MHRD/UGC. This is required by Govt. of Manipur (Director MOBC) for Online submission of Scholarship Policy for 2018-19? I think it will be available to its administration Block. My son is studying to this University. Please send the scan copy to my e-mail address vid. [email protected] or Mobile No. 9436022103.
