Please let me know, if, St. Peter's University Chennai and Karnataka State Open University has AICTE approval or Joint Committe that is AICTE, UGC and DEC approval or not? Do Universities recognised by UGC need AICTE approval or not?

Karnataka State Open University is a recognised University of
Distance Education Council (DEC), New Delhi,
regular member of the Asssociation of Indian Universities (AIU)Delhi,
permanent member of Association of Commonwealth Unversities (ACU), London, UK, Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU), Beijing, China, and also has association with Commonwealth of Learning (COL).
but is not AICTE approved

Is there any AICTE approval for St Peter University Chennai and Karnataka State Open University?
