If your aim is to become Lecturer in some good colleges or interested to do P.hd course in future then you can apply for the NET Examination. This examination is conducted by UGC, twice in a year for the post of Lectureship and Junior Research Fellowship Post.

--->> You have to attained the age of 19 years to apply for NET.
--->> There is no upper age restriction to apply for the Lectureship Post.
--->> Your age should not be more than 28 years to apply for Junior Research fellowship Post.

Eligibility:

--->> To apply for this examination you have to complete your Post graduate degree course.
--->> You have to scored minimum 55% marks in your Post graduation
--->> Final year Post graduate appearing candidates are also apply for NET

The examination is conducted in June and December Every year.
For this year June NET Examination was already completed and the December NET Examination Notification is going to be published soon in the month of October.

--->> The application form cost of NET examination is Rs 450.
--->> You have to pay the fees through challan form in SBI Bank.

UGC NET stands for University Grant Commissions National Eligibility Test.
This exam is conducted twice in a year, first is in June and Second is in December.

The date of next NET exam is notification published in the month of September last week or in October first or second week..For other information related to this can be checked in official website of NET.

AGE LIMIT:-

Junior Research Fellowship: Not more than 28 years.For other there is a relaxation of 5 years.

Lectureship: There is no upper age limit for applying for lectureship eligibility.
