How to apply and what exam to appear if i want to do B.Ed on distance term from Veer kumar Singh University?

A student must be at least a graduate with a minimum of 45% marks in B.A/B.Com(pass/hons)/B.Sc.There are total 100 seats from which some are reserved.You have to pass an entrance test of 100 marks.But this university is for a regular mode & not for a distance one.
