If you wants to do b.tech after polytechnic in uptu.you fill a form of uptu then you give a enterance ,you get a rank in uptu .According to your rank you get adimisson in mechenical .You have alredy a deploma of polytechnic that responce you get directly adimisson in second year in B.tech.
