How to apply for MSc Mathematics in IGNOU after passing BSc B.Ed(Mathematics)

I have passed bsc bed[mathematics] in 1996. Now i wish to apply for msc mathematics in ignou. Where i have to contact in kerala state to apply for msc[maths] during august 2012.
