i have completed my 12th and now i m doing b.com honours n i want to apply for railway job so how can i apply for it and how should i give railway exam

As per your question you are 12th passed candidate so you can apply for the clerical post or group-D post. There are seventeen recruitment board of Indian Railway. At time to time the vacancy comes out by Railway Recruitment Board. In the today age the competition is really tough so you need to work hard to get success.

If you want to study ahead then you can also take admission in the Graduation course or can go in the engineering field. I advise you to choose any field as per own interest not by parents or any other interest. So, if you want to join clerical grade examination then don't worry and prepare well for the competition.
