I want apply vigilance examination now i completed my DEEE

You will need to appear for the UPSC exam. There will be notification for the same in the newspaper. You need to be on the lookout for the same. All the information regarding this will be available in the paper.

To become a Vigilance officer,you can be certified by only taking the examination. Any member who fulfils the following criterion is eligible for the certification-

1. He is a graduate from recognized university in India
2. He has completed two years in the vigilance or audit or fraud control or forensics
Any person meeting this criterion can give the examination of CVIE.

to join the vigilance department you have to clear the combined graduate level exam hosted by staff selection commossion the notificcation is out you can check the details at ssc.nic.in and to apply you must be graduate or should be in final year of graduation and the same criteria is for the upsc examination and you can check the details at upsc.gov.in so all the vey best
