first of al,to get in to banking job is your eligiblity..
as you are a 12th student,if you successfully complete your exams with pass marks,you will be eligible..that is..the eligiblity is 10+2.
to be a manager,you should get a job in the bank..
there are diffrent bank exams held every year for the same
some of the banks under that are,SBI,IBPS,RRB..
preparation for these exams are very much needed as many are competing for the same.
bank success books like "banking careers",would help you if you go through it.
once you get selected in any of the bank exam,there will be an interview,on the basis of which you will get the job.
other way to get in to the job is through doing courses like bba,b.com.
once you complete these course,you can achieve job on the basis of you performance and interview.
experince and skilled performance in bank can help you in becoming a bank manager.
