10th Qualification is Not Enough to apply for Bank Manager Post . And One More you can't directly become an
Bank Manager .

It's Not Easy to Get Bank Manager Post . To Become an Bank Manager , you should have lot of Banking Knowledge and work Experience than Only your eligible to get Bank Manager Job .

If your aspiring to Bank Management than you should Apply for Bank PO Examination .

Commerce is the Best field to Apply for Banking Jobs . So, After Completing 10th standard you may apply for 11th Standard in Commerce , After Completing your 12th Standard you may apply for B.com Course .

It is not possible to become a bank manager after completion of 10th.

To become a bank manager one has to qualify for bank P.O.(Probationary Officer) through appearing its examination generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection) and after gaining experience and ability one may elevated to the post of Bank Manager to manage a certain Branch.

To be eligible for Probationary Officer exam in bank, one must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good command over computer.

The selection is through written exam followed by personal Interview.

So as you are interested you should complete Graduation first then only you are eligible to apply for Bank P.O. exam.

1)qualification:-

One cannot become a Bank manager just after 10th class. To become a manager ,one has to complete his 12th class, a 3 years bachelors degree and a written exam for the same.The eligibility criteria is as under-

If you want to become a bank manger,you have to hold a degree.If you just passed in you SSC ,after that you have to pass your intermediate with atleast 60% marks.Then you have to do any bachelor degree with minimum percentage of 60%.After holding a degree you have to write a exam called IBPS.If you qualified in that exam you will get a chance as bank clerk in the bank.After working 10 years in the bank as clerk you will promoted as bank manager.
If you have minimum qualifications and excelent knowledge you can become a manager in any private banks after your degree.If want to become a bank manager you have to complete your degree with minimum percentage.So word hard in you degree and intermediate,and did well in IBPS.

IBPS will be conducting the Common written exams which will be held in online mode for 20 Government banks for the PO posts


Eligibity to apply is:

Education: Graduation pass in any stream

Age

Sorry to say that you cannot become bank manager with just 10th as the academic qualification and also there is no possibility to become directly the bank manager.

First of all you have to complete you bachelor's degree in any discipline of your choice for any entrance exam of bank.

Basically there are two entrance exams for the different posts like clerk ,probationary officer and specialist technical officer :

1.IBPS CWE:

>>It stands for the Institute of Banking and Personnel selection common written exam.It is held for the different posts mentioned above for the twenty nationalised banks.

>>Minimum of bachelor's degree is required for all the posts.

2.SBI entrance exam:

>>State Bank of India conducts its own written exam for the different posts .

>>According to the latest amendments ,for this also bachelor's degree has become minimum requirement .

If you are interested in making your career in banks ,I would suggest you to first :

>>Complete your 10+2 with science stream

>>Then bachelor's degree in also science stream .As it is a bit easy for science candidates to crack the entrance exam.

The age limit for the P.O is 21-30 years with relaxations in age applicable to the obc and sc/st candidates.

Note: One more thing you cannot become bank manager directly .For this you have to work in bank for some years ,gain experience then on your working experience for some years ,you can get desired post .You may give departmental exams for the upper posts.
