How to become a civil judge? I am a new student of LLB
I want to become a civil judge I am a new student of LLB Please guide me what is the age limit for it and after completion of LLB degree 2 year gap is necessarily

The eligibility criteria for becoming Judge are as under :-
-The candidate must have passed LLB degree from a recognized university . -The candidate needs to appear in the State Judicial Service Exam to become eligible to apply for the post of a judge. -The candidate must have practiced as a lawyer in the high court for more than 10 years to become eligible to appear for the State Judiciary exam conducted by respective states. -The minimum age requirement to become a judge is 45 years. -The candidate must be an Indian . After fulfilling all the eligibility criteria,the candidate has to send the application to the Register General of the concerned court . |

Eligibility criteria for becoming a civil judge after completing my LLB degree:
1) Candidate must have a LLB degree for recognise d university. 2)Candidate must have practised as a lawyer in high court for more than 10 year. 3) Candidate must be eligible to appear for state judiciary exam. 4) Minimum age requirement: 45 years 5) Nationality: Indian If the candidate is eligible or after fulfilling the eligibility criteria he has to send the application to Register General of concerned court. |
