Dear Aspirant, To become a District collector. It comes under the IAS officer. To become a collector you need to either write the exams called Civil exams or APPSC Group 1 Exams. These are the recruitment exams where you can get these jobs if you qualify in these exams. so in order to get through this exams. You need to pass following rounds. They are: Prelims Mains Interview These are the 3 rounds faced if they qualify in each round. One by one round they come and they need to qualify the 1st round in order to go to the 2nd round. Final round is the interview. This is the main round if you pass in this one then the job is confirmed. So Good luck. Hope this info helps you. All the best for your future endeavor's. Re: How to become a district collector after completing BCA
hi,
To become a District Collector one must take Civil Services examination. By passing IAS you can become a collector. UPSC conducts Civil Service examination once every year. --> First of all lets check whether you're eligible for applying IAS or not. --> The education criteria is that you must be a graduate in any stream, as you have completed B.Com it makes you eligible. 1. 21-30 years for General Category 2. 3 years Age relaxation for OBC (33 years Max) 3. 5 years Age relaxation for SC/ST (35 years Max) thank you............................. |
