For this, you must enter the Income Tax department as Income Tax Inspector/Tax Assistant. Then by qualifying departmental examination, you can get in to the position of Income Tax Officer. In order to enter as Income Tax Inspector/Tax Assistant, you must qualify Combined Graduate Level examination. Graduation is the basic qualification required to apply for CDSE examination. Age of the candidate must be between 18-27 years.
