hi,
1. Always be professional. Being professional can put you way ahead of the game.
2. Get yourself a manager. Every DJ should try to have a manager or agent.
3. Build a following. Every DJ dreams of having a loyal fan base. Fans are essential to your DJ success.
4. Have a website. You need a central source for all information for both your fans and your critics. The best route by far is to register your DJ name.
5. Find a mentor. A mentor is someone who has the experience in the business.
6. Stay on course. Once you've made a game plan stick to it....
7.Make media contacts. When it comes to promoting your business, media contacts are as important as fans...
the above are some of the tips to become a professional DJ in India....

hiiiiiiiii....

Firstly, you need to be kitted out,With turntables and a mixer (Mac's are good)

a good way to start getting popularity is to play at a local night club to gain prominence and earn money,or even busk in the streets (you need a license though!) to earn some, then upgrade your Mac and turntables and start moving to bigger Nightclubs and bars, getting gigs are good because if you play well you gain prominence and people spread the word, meaning money and more opportunitys.

But to start, try buying cheap ones somewhere (£200-£300?) and play for family members or friends. if they approve, think about your next move and keep going, and remember,Always keep going
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
