please tell me the procedure,how to make a vigilance officer.

The government officers who are mandatorily posted to Public Sector Undertakings/Statutory bodies/ineligible organisations may be permitted to retain General Pool accommodation in their occupation on payment of special licence fee by the organisation till their superannuation or reversion to an eligible office, provided the Establishment Officer, DOPT, certifies that the said posting was mandatory and in exigency of Public service.

To became a vigilance officer you must be a graduate and you need to appear for UPSC exam. You should aware of the information and notification for the same in news paper and other magazine.

This commission will call applications for private secretary on deputation basis in the commission.

The eligibility criterion for the officials of this commission are as follows.

->those who are applying for this should have been holding the similar posts or should have an experience of three years regular service in the grade of personal assistant.

->you should also have a speed of 100 words per minute in stenography(english).

Eligible applicants will be forwarded to the commission along with application form.

This is about one type of post..

Central Vigilance Commission also recurits Technical Examiner on deputation basis.

The services of Engineers of the rank of executive engineerins of the engineering dept.s who are already giving their services in a particular State govt will be sent on deputation into this vigilance commission.

So I think you can now understand about the eligibility.

Note : Deputation is nothing but a temporary recruitment for a cause.
