How can I apply for M.Tech in any recognized university in Delhi after completing MCA?

can anyone please tell whether or not i can apply for m.tech in any recognized university in Delhi after completing MCA.

minimum eligibility for M.tech are as :

--you must have score 55% minimum or CPI of 5.5 in qualifying exam

--you must have bachelor's degree

--you should also have GATE valid score card
