I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for Bank Clark Exam after passing 12th with 37% marks.

Friend You can join after passing graduation with any stream with minimum 50% marks.
You can also apply for Bank P.O exam.
Bank P.O exam is conducted by both privet or Govt. bank like:-
> State Bank of India
> Punjab National Bank
> I.B.P.S
etc

Being a 12th passed candidate, you are not eligible for bank clerk exams. If you have percentage more than 60%, then you can look for similar jobs in SBI. For attending IBPS test, applicant must be a graduate. It is better to try your luck after graduation. Anyway, you are eligible for clerical jobs in Govt departments.
