Re: How can I become an Aeronautical Engineer?
hy,
As a licensed aircraft engineer you will need to be in possession of a basic aircraft engineer's licence, at least one type rating for an aircraft, many hours/months/years spent gaining your practical experience, and a company approval to issue a Certificate of Release to Service for an aircraft. It is a highly skilled job and one which can take some years to achieve. View all of our Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer jobs. Aircraft are signed off by licensed engineers, but their unlicensed and highly skilled colleagues perform a crucial role. Aircraft Mechanics (or Aircraft Fitters) are not certified and will work under the supervision of a certified engineer, but they are highly trained and experienced in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft (MRO jobs). |

Re: How can I become an Aeronautical Engineer?
HI FRIEND
ELIGIBILITY CRITARIA 1 Get the mathematics and science background in high school that you will need to study aerospace engineering in college. Courses in algebra, calculus and physics are essential. Chemistry, electronics and computer science are helpful, as these subjects are used extensively in aeronautical engineering. 2 Attend an accredited aerospace engineering program to earn your bachelor's degree. Engineering programs are accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). Courses include mathematics, physics and chemistry, along with engineering theory, design and analysis. You can find a list of ABET-accredited programs on their website (see Resources). 3 Specialize in graduate school in an accredited program leading to a master's degree in aeronautical engineering. Specialties include aircraft structure, aircraft electronics, control systems and instrumentation, and propulsion systems. The coursework focuses on applying the basic principles of science and engineering learned as an undergraduate to problems specific to aircraft design, production and maintenance. A master's program requires 2 to 3 years. 4 Take the Professional Aeronautical Engineer exam to become certified and licensed as an aeronautical engineer. Certification exams are administered by the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (see Resources). You must be certified as a professional engineer in all 50 states. Re: How can I become an Aeronautical Engineer?
Hai friend
It is a good idea to become a Aeronautical Engineer. To do Aeronautical engineering you need to complete your 12th with non-medical course(Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) in science stream. After 12th you can join in Aeronautical course, but only few colleges in india offer this course. After qualifying in the Aeronautical engineering course with more than 60% you can join in any of the fields related to Aeronautical engineering. ALL THE BEST |
