Re: How to become an Aeronautical Engineer after 10th?
i think for become an Aeronautical Engineer you need to do b.tech that to after completing 12th class, or equivalent exam is Diploma..
but for that a person can do after 10th and even for that you need to write entrance and do it for three years of Diploma and can get seat directly into 2nd year of B.tech .. Eligible criteria i.e 12th % depends the exam you writing like IIT,AIEEE etc or the college you are applying for so for becoming an Aeronautical Engineer you need to complete B.tech which is after 12th class... |

First you have to complete your 10+2. Then you have to give AIEEE or IIT JEE exam and then you have to do B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineer.

Re: How to become an Aeronautical Engineer after 10th?
hello friend
if you want to become an aeronautical engineer then you have to first clear the class 12th with good percentage of the marks minimum of the 60% of the marks with the science stream and then you have to clear the various engineering exams like that of the iitjee and the aieee and the various state level engg exams and then you can pursue studying the aeronautical branch and then you can become an aeronautical engineer .... so best of luck for your future .. |

no dear, it is not possible to do the aeronotical after finishing 10th std. you join aeronotical course in engineering only. you score above 75% in 10th and 12th exam are the must for joining aeronotical engineering. so study well to get high marks to reach your ambition.

Re: How to become an Aeronautical Engineer after 10th?
DEAR,
To become a aeronautical engineer, first you have to complete your tenth standard with good marks....then you should select (physics, chemistry, maths)computer science group in your higher secondary ....then you have to complete your higher secondary with good mark and knowledge.. if you want to do your degree in top most colleges like IIT,VIT etc..you have to write the entrance exam for respective colleges.. or else you can do diploma course in aeronautical branch after completing your tenth standard and you can directly join second year in Btech Aeronautical engineering as a lateral entry student... |

The basic eligibility criteria for a BE / B.Tech is 10+2 or equivalent examination, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and must have a fairly high percentage of marks in the aggregate. So complete your 10+2 first. One must also pass the qualifying exam JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) conducted by the IIT's. So you are in 8th standard...first complete 10th, then take PCM and complete 12th, then complete b.tech in aeronautical engineering. Then you will become an aeronautical engineer. You will get jobs in areas like: Airline Services,Aircraft-Manufacturing Units,Defence Research Laboratories,Civil Aviation Departments,Software Design,Education Institutes,Armed Forces in organizations like ISRO, NASA etc........ |

Re: How to become an Aeronautical Engineer after 10th?
Hello,
I would say that you are too young to think of this issue. Just do your best in the present conditions. If you have excellent marks in 10th, then every option will be open for you, in case you gain more knowledge about your interests and inclinations. By the time you finish your 10th you'll be able to tell what you can and want to study and what you don't. Then if you still want to go for aeronautical engineering, choose the science stream and get good marks in your 12th and attempt engineering entrances. If you are successful, you will have your seat. Good Luck. |

Re: How to become an Aeronautical Engineer after 10th?
dear friend
So your Aim is to Become an Aeronautical Engineer. Let me furnish you with the details about the course. To Become an Aeronautical Engineer you need to take Maths and Physics as your Subject in your 11th Standard. After Completing your 10+2 you can appear for Engineering entrance exams like IIT-JEE and AIEEE. IIT-JEE Stands for Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance exam which is conducted by IIT- Delhi. To appear for the exam you need to complete your 10+2 with Maths and Physics as your discipline. The age limit to appear for the exam is 18 years to 25 years. As of 2012 the exam will be held on April 8th 2012: There will be 2 question papers each with 3 hours duration . The question papers will consist of three separate sections on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, The question will be of objective type and negative marks are present in the exam. To know more about the exam log onto: http:// www.jee.iitb.ac.in/ AIEEE: All India Engineering Entrance exam is Conducted by the CBSE board once a year in the month of April. You need to complete your 10+2 to appear for the exam. for more log on to: www.aieee.nic.in/ If you score a good rank in the above exams you can get a seat in colleges listed below: Top Engineering Colleges in India: Institute of Aeronautical Engineering,Hyderabad Manipal University IIT, Chennai IIT, Mumbai IIT, Kanpur Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai Academy of Aerospace & Aviation, Indore Indian Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, Dehradun Hindustan College Of Engineering, Tamil Nadu Bangalore Institute of Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology Park College of Engineering and Technology, Tamil Nadu GOOD LUCK |

Re: How to become an Aeronautical Engineer after 10th?
Aeronautical engineering is a branch of B.E./B.tech course. The eligibility for the B.E./B.tech course is to complete successfully class 12 th with PCM background.
As you are in class 10th so now you are not eligible. You have to first complete your 12th as PCM background then only you will eligible for this course. |

Re: How to become an Aeronautical Engineer after 10th?
There are 2 profound ways of doing your choice of engineering.
The First, you must opt for Science stream after 10th and shall have Physics,Chemistry and Maths for sure. After 12th you can give the entrance exams of various colleges and thus join an engineering college of your choice. You can also take diploma after 10th which gives you a practical exposure. After this course for 3 years you can join an engineering college. |
