I have completed graduation. I got 50% in B.com(general). And i am a general caste. So can i become a bdo officer plz tell me

Yes,you are eligible to apply for the BDO exam after completing graduation degree .In order to become a BDO,you have to write the exam conducted by the State Public Service Commission .


BDO stands for Block Development Officer.

BDO exam is conducted by the State Public Service Commission .

The eligibility criteria required to apply for BDO exam are as under :-

-The candidate must have passed graduation degree in any stream from a university recognized by the respective State .

-The candidate age limit to apply for the exam is from 21 years to 35 years .There is relaxation in upper age limit for for OBC candidates by 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

Selection Procedure :

* Written Exam and

* Personal Interview .
