The best way to become Pilot is through the Air Force Common Admission test.

It is conducted by the Indian Airforce.

If you have done bachelor's degree in engineering or technology, you can appear for the Flying branch.

Minimum of 60% marks is required in bachelor's degree. Even if you are in final year of bachelor's degree, you can apply for the exam.

The age limit is 20-24 years.

Selection test:

~~Written test

~~Service Selection test consisting of Pilot Aptitude Battery test.

Below are the eligibility criteria for those candidate who want to become a pilot.

Candidate who want to apply must pass his/her class 12th with atleast 50% marks.

Candidate eyes should be perfect and health should be also perfect.

Candidate age should be between 19 years to 23 years.

There are different license in this field like SPL,PPL,CPL---

SPL stands for Student pilot license is the basic step to start a career.
PPL stands for Private Pilot License can be obtained by 60 hours of flying .
CPL stands for commercial pilot license can be obtained by 190 hours of flying.

The cost of training of Pilot will be around 15 lakh to 20 lakh.
