How can I do B.Tech or plastic engineering course(1 year) through correspondence? I've done diploma(polymer technology) in government polytechnic college(Koratty)

i am jeena.m.x , works as chemist in harrison Malayalam ltd. now i am just pass out diploma in polymer technology in govt.polytechnic college koratty. i want to done the B-Tech or any plastic engineering course(1 year) by correspondence manner. could you please suggest a way for that
