I am a BBM degree holder,i want to do hotel manegement.how can i?
give me good guidance.

One can enter this field by direct entry or through hotel management institutes. For direct entry the vacancies are generally advertised in the newspapers and the minimum prescribed qualification is graduation with 50% marks. They are trained by the hotels themselves. But Qualified personnel's are always given a higher preference.

Minimum qualification required to go for a course in hotel management is 10+2. For certificate, diploma and bachelors courses 10+2 is sufficient. Duration of certificate courses is six months to one year. Bachelor and diploma courses are of duration one and half to three years. Those with graduation can go for post graduate diploma courses the duration of which is one year.

Since you are a graduate you can join for post graduation course in hotel management. You need to make sure you join reputed institutes like IMHI, culinary academy, IITM etc. You will need to clear the entrance exam to secure admission. In most of the institutes there will be an interview round too. Before you join for any course make sure the same is recognised.

i want to opt for BBM after 12th but also want to start my own buisness like ENTERTAINMENT SOURCES:- disc&pub,cafe etc...
so what course i do for that.. is there any field in mba for that

can i do MBA in Hotel Management course after BBM degree

I have just given 12th Boards exam!
And I'm very much confused about which course to be taken forward. But actually I have a interest in pursuing hotel management degree. Because my dad runs a hotel. And I usually sit at cash counter and I found that I'm loving it like I like to please people, I like to take orders and mainly convince them to have the best out of all. And I'm good at it. So should I continue going for Hotek management course?
Besides I also want to have BMM degree. I very much love exploring. And going through people's ups and downs. So should I go for it?
Am I going good?

You have done class 12th with science stream and after that you did graduation in management.

YES, you can do an MBA

MBA is a two year Post Graduation course, which is done after graduation.

Steps to do MBA:
First appear in the written exams like CAT conducted by IIM, XAT by XLRI, MAT by AIMA.

These are written exams.
You get a scorecard from these written exams.

Based on these score, you have to apply to MBA colleges for admission.

MBA colleges short lists candidates for Personal Interview and Group Discussion.

Based on these , college short lists candidates for admission.
