dear friend,
you have not mentioned that you are from which state.it was required because in every state the process is different

one thing which you can do is check the merit list of the collage in which you want admission for degree studies and then fill-up the collage form.do this thing for 6 to 7 collages in which you are interested. if you will get admission then the collage's admin member will give you a call

if you residing in gujarat then there is a central admission process for all students who want to go for degree after completing diploma

if you are from gujarat then you have to go in LD engineering collage in ahmedabad and fill up one form according to your diploma marks and they will let you know the number of collages which can give you admission

You haven't mentioned the stream in which you have completed your diploma and want to join degree program. Each stream has its own way of admission. Well, if you belongs to the engineering or any other technical field like computer line then after the completion of your diploma you have to give the entrance exam of LEET then after that you'll be able to join the final year of degree.
