Yes, you can join in Indian Army after 12th standard. You can join in Indian Army wing through NDA entrance exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

NDA Eligibility Criteria-

-Candidates should be an Indian citizen.
-Candidates must have passed 12th standard from any recognized Board or candidates appearing in 12th may also apply.
-Age :- Minimum 16.5 years and Maximum 19 years.
-Only unmarried male candidates are eligible.
-Candidates must be physically as well as medically fit.
