respected sir\mam can i join indian army after diploma in mech i have specs of no 3.50

I have completed diploma in mechanical engineering yr 2006 and working since passout in various fields like incharge in rmc plant and before that as a service engg of high hp diesel engines can my curremt age 30 can I gate a job in indian army?

I have completed deploma in mechanical engineering yr 2012 and my curremt age 23 can I gate a job in indian army?

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for the Indian Army after diploma in mechanical engineering.

Because diploma is not equal to the 12th standard.

So you are not eligible.

You can join Indian Army first you can crack the NDA exam.

NDA stands for National Defense Service.

This exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year.

NDA - I

NDA - II

NDA has three wings:

Indian Army

Indian Air force

Indian Navy

Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality:

You should be origin of India.

Educational Qualification:

You should pass the 12th standard for recognized state board.

Percentage not required for this exam.

PCM subjects are compulsory for the Indian Navy & Air force.

Age limit:

Your age limit should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

No upper age relaxation applicable for the other categories.

Gender:

Only unmarried male candidates are eligible for this exam.

Female candidates are not eligible for this exam.

There is no number of attempts required for this exam.

Selection Process:

Written Test

Interview

Medical Test

I am a female diploma mechanical engineer,i had complete my diploma after 10th. Can i will join indian air force or indian army?

♦> As you have mention that you have completed your Diploma in the Mechanical Engineering and want to join Indian Army then you are eligible for it if and only if you have completed your 12th Std......

♦> If you have completed your 12th std. then you can apply for NDA Examination on the basis of your 12th std. other wise you can not apply for Indian Army on the basis of Diploma.....

♦> Union Public Service Commission conduct NDA (National Defense Academy) examination two time in the single year as NDA-I and NDA-II......

♦> A candidate after completing their 12th std. with PCM Can apply for this exam.

♦> Age of candidate should be between 16.5 to 19 years.

♦> A candidate must be an Indian.

♦> Only Unmarried Male candidate can apply for it.


Selection Process:-

1. Written Exam
2. SSB Interview and
3. Medical Test

As you have mention about the specs that no. 3.5 then you are not eligible for this examination. Here is below applicable criteria for specs:

##Eye sight should be - 6/6
##Myopia - 0.75
##Hypermetropia - +1.5

♦> You can apply for CDS Also but, for that you have to complete at least your Graduation Degree First in any discipline.....

♦> You can go for Lateral Entry in the field of Engineering on the basis of your Diploma then completed your Bachelor that is B.E/B.Tech and apply for it.....

♦> CDS Stands for the Combined Defense Service this exam is conducted by Staff Selection Commission.....

Age Criteria:-


## For Indian Military Academy : 19 to 24 Years

## For Air Force Academy : 19 to 23 Years

## For Naval Academy : 19 to 22 Years

## For Officers’ Training Academy :19 to 25 Years

you can join Indian Army after complete your diploma in mechanial.
Ffor joining Indian Army, you have to apply for the recuirement raaly conducted by Indian army.
In every state, the Indian Army department condut this type of rallies 2 times in a year.
You can also join Indian Army as a technician.
In every year, Army conduct the rallies for technical department.
For joining, you must have qualify the education and physical qualification.
In physical exam, you must have 5'7 feet hight and 31-33 chest.
You have to qualify the 1600 metre race in 5:40 minutes.
You must have physically fit for joining Indian Army.
